Our pallets contain the Pallet Paradise Guarantee, which means we do not cherry pick (take high value items out of pallets) our selection. Our pallets contain a mix of New, Open-Box, Store Returns, Used, and Salvage items direct from the retailers we offer.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on items purchased individually and picked up in store, as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was picked up in. If the item is returned due to damage caused by the customer, we will have to assess the damage and come to an agreement. We are reasonable and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Items Shipped Via LTL:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items purchased individually and shipped via LTL freight. Our items are inspected and if any damage is present prior to shipping, we highlight it. All items are tested for functionality, unless others noted. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping for items returned due to customers changing their mind for items shipped LTL. If you receive your item and feel it was not accurately described and any damage was not highlighted, please reach out ASAP so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
