Warehouse Pickup:
Warehouse pickup is available during normal operating hours for all orders placed online or via phone. Our operating hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
We ask that you call (765) 222-4531 to book an appointment for pickup or use our "Book Appointment Now" located on the main menu bar up above. We prefer appointments so every guest is given full attention and is not stuck waiting while we assist other guests.
Shipping For Items Under 130lbs:
Items weighing under 130lbs will be shipped via UPS or USPS. We generally ship orders same day that are placed prior to 2PM. Item can be expected to be received between 2-5 days after shipped, depending on location from our warehouse located in Muncie, Indiana.
LTL Shipping For Oversized Or Items Over 130lbs:
For Less-Than-Truckload shipping for oversized items weighing over 130lbs, please give us a call at (765) 222-4531 for a shipping quote. We are able to ship larger items (Appliances, Furniture, etc.) for reasonable prices and will provide a quote upon request. We can request a liftgate for residential deliveries. We have shipped all over the USA and we will work with you on price so it makes sense for both parties. Items can be expected to be received between 2-5 days after shipped depending on location from our warehouse located in Muncie, Indiana.
